Meet AJ
Joy is a husband, father, business owner, and public safety professional with 17 years of experience, including 10 years in law enforcement and 7 years teaching young people to drive safely through Dirigo Driving Academy. He is committed to keeping our young people safe and believes strong, high-visibility patrols deter crime and save lives. As a leader, Joy will run the Sheriff’s Office with accountability and efficiency—protecting families while respecting taxpayers. He is running to bring visible leadership, high-visibility patrols, and stronger communities to Knox County.
